On the other hand, if the topic selected is not of high importance, then the respondent might consider other issues as the most important ones.
o The fourth question asks the respondent to give an effective assessment of the topic. If the subject matter is not of high importance, then the respondent might give an evaluation that is of less importance. But if the topic of the questionnaire is of high importance, then the respondent might give an evaluation that is very critical.
