You could also put things on note cards so that you can remember them. For example, you could use a picture of something like a balloon.
For example, the balloon could have the name of someone on it and then could have an answer and the second letter. Also, the note card could have two questions on the side. One of the questions would be, “Is that what I think it is?”
When you start to do this exercise, you can actually see yourself getting better at remembering things. The exercise is called – TESOL (this is education through short-term memory) and it has been used for many years in the United States for learning new things and repeating things you have learned before.
Another problem that people have with this is they think that it’s just a quick study that they have to do without thinking. The reality is that it takes some serious thinking before you learn something new. It might seem easy, but the thing is – when you learn something, you have to put it into practice to actually use it.
As well, it might not seem right that the best method is visualizing and then testing out your thought. After all, if your thought is to study, then you should do some studying.
Learning new things is hard, and it takes time. To do it right, it takes practice and testing out your thoughts and testing out your facts. When you do this, you will develop strategies to effectively memorize.
