I don’t believe that we should spend our time worrying about arthritis when there are so many more pressing things that need our attention.

There is a common mistake that most people make when they have arthritis. This is that they do not listen to their body. Our body knows when something is wrong, but we do not.

It may not seem like much to worry about joint pain and stiffness, but if you neglect your body and ignore it, you could lose mobility. All our joints have a different type of moving mechanism, each one. Each joint has a specific motion, whether it is a wrist joint a knee joint, a hip joint, a shoulder joint, a spine joint, or an ankle joint.

When you take care of one joint, another will not move without you. Your joints are called elastic because when you bend or straighten them, they shrink and expand according to your weight. If you add a little more, they will spring back, but if you add a lot of the opposite, they will not.

If you do not pay attention to the fact that your body is reacting to your daily activities, you will not get the full use out of your joints. When you are healthy, the joints do the same thing all the time. However, when they are unable to do the same thing all the time, there will be discomfort. If you do not respond appropriately to these changes, you will not get the full benefits from your joints.
