Phase 3 is the completion of the project. This phase will be when the customer gets the calendar he requested and you move onto phase 4, getting paid. This is the only time you are required to complete a Phase Change Worksheet. To make it easier for you, you can create a spreadsheet that automatically adds the payments to your account.

Each phase you completed and the payments are recorded on the Phase Change Worksheet. It is important to keep track of the phase you are on so that you know when you should be doing the next step. This way you will be sure to do everything properly.

The last phase is the payment. After all of the phases have been completed you will be paid. Just remember that you will be getting paid every month, as long as you have a subscription.
