Here’s the AA 4th Step Worksheet, put together by Joe and Charlie for you to use and print. The Worksheet contains all the information you need to know about AA to properly go on your journey to Recovery and to become an Alcoholic Free Living Success. To make the most of this sheet, you must:
Step One – Get A Big Picture Of Your Alcoholic Life. You must have a clear picture of what you’ve been up to on the other three steps of Alcoholics Anonymous, and the 4th Step worksheet is the first place to start. You must also write down the highlights, such as your favorite Bible verse or perhaps the name of someone special that helped you. Remember, though, that you’re not creating this life story in stone, and you may even want to cut and paste some of the highlights you’ve written, to focus more on specific events.
Step Two – Create A Plan For Success. With the AA 4th Step Worksheet, you can create a plan of action, based on your personal experiences, to get yourself on the road to recovery. However, you should also include the details of the steps you intend to take, along with the names of other people, so that others will know that there are more than just you to support you on your journey.
Step Three – Identify Problems and Prove That You Have Problems. Remember, once you have identified problems, you can now get people who believe in you to make suggestions to work on those problems, so that they are solved in a short period.
Step Four – Complete the Workbook. Keep in mind that this sheet isn’t just about meeting other people; it’s also about doing the work necessary to be successful.
Step Five- Take Action Now. You must take every opportunity to do something about the problems you are facing on the road to recovery. This should be done every day, every week, every month, and every year.
The AA 4th Step Worksheet is a great place to start if you’ve only ever looked at the previous Steps. It provides the exact steps you’ll take to create a different life, and it will help you see the importance of completing every step on this list to achieve great success in your recovery.
