It’s obvious what this topic is about: Harmonic Motion. Do you know how it works? You have probably been doing it your whole life. But, you might not be completely familiar with this concept.

In order to master this concept, you need to learn from these red arrows and understand how they work. Harmonic Motion consists of two major parts. One part is called the harmonic part and the other is called the motion part.

The harmonic part is actually in the middle of the circle that we were talking about earlier. As we keep going around the circle, you are going to see the harmonic part (it’s pink) in the right-hand side of the circle.

As we continue to go around the circle, the harmonic part becomes smaller. It disappears into the harmonic part, which you will see inside the circle. So, by seeing this, you’notice that the motion part and the harmonic part are interconnected.

When you do this exercise and work with this concept, you’ll be able to really master the Harmonics Circle. We used to call this concept the Four Elements. This concept is also referred to as the Double Core. This concept revolves around the concept of power and a fact called the Circle of Power.
