This Transformations Review Worksheet is a one-page list of all the steps you need to take to turn a person’s thoughts and ideas into actions. The template is designed to be used with Transformations by Grant Cardone, which is a TED Book Club pick.
The first step is to come up with a number for what you want to accomplish. The more details you can supply in this section, the easier it will be to follow through with the other sections.
The second step is to brainstorm for ideas. This includes finding themes that will relate to all the changes you are planning to make in the person’s life. If possible, find something that ties into your personal experiences.
The third step is to figure out what you can do to help these people’s dreams become a reality. Write down as many ideas as you can that relate to this theme. You could use quotes or pictures to help capture the essence of what you are planning to do. You should not have too many because you want to have room for later items.
The fourth step is to determine whether you want to use rewards. This is not about what they can get from the person. Instead, it is about giving them something they want and will hopefully use to motivate them to do what they should be doing. This does not mean you need to give away anything, just that you need to give them something they enjoy.
The fifth step is to find support for your plans. This could include family, friends, coworkers, church, or other groups that can help you follow through on your plan. It may also be helpful to ask for opinions and suggestions from those that matter most.
The sixth step is to write everything down and then visualize it as it happens. This is important because your plan might involve some group participation. You want your “plan” to be tangible and come to fruition.
