The Atomic Structure Practice Worksheet is a great tool to teach atomic structure concepts to students. We all know that when we first learned about elementary particles and atoms, one of the most important concepts was the atom’s atomic structure. By observing atomic structures, we can understand how atoms get arranged in various shapes and sizes. This helps us in making our own atomic structures in different combinations of elements.
One of the best ways to teach atomic structure is to simply create an atomic structure chart. Creating such a chart is simple. Just remember to take a picture of your chart, and then print it out. Do not cut and paste your chart into a template.
Now, you have to transfer the chart to a template. Once you are done with the template, print out it on A4 paper. After that, lay the sheet of paper on the floor and draw in the outline of your chart on the floor. You may also want to use markers on your chart.
Once you are done with the drawing, simply glue the paper. However, do not forget to cut off the extra paper as it will spoil the look of your chart. To see if the paper is dry, trace a line by tracing across the chart.
Once you are done with the paper, check the layout. Now that your chart is ready, print it out on card stock, and then fold it in half. Use another paper for the backside.
You may now proceed to a design section. You may want to use graph paper or another printed paper to make your atomic design. Of course, make sure you do not cut the chart out too big.
Once you are done with the design, simply unfold the folded paper. Fold the top half of the paper in half, and then fold the bottom half in half.
Finally, you have to cut the fold. Fold your fold in half, and then fold it in half again. Once you are done with the fold, simply tape it together.
