This results in the muscles of the body becoming very flexible and will allow you to move much more easily in the new positions. This is the best way to exercise your muscles. It will also make you able to do all of your exercises without much effort at all.
Accelerations and Decelerations are motions that the body goes through every day when you get out of bed in the morning. For example, when you wake up, you are generally going from full speed to slow speed.
When you take a shower you use your muscles to accelerate the water out of your hair. You also slow down to accelerate the water out of your hair as you rinse it out.
A person’s mind is always thinking about thinking. This means that when the mind thinks something can happen, it usually does. This is what is happening with our thoughts, we are creating them.
So, using Accelerations and Decelerations, when you begin to change your mind, you will soon begin to see how powerful your mind can be. This is what is in the Practice of Acceleration and Velocity.
