The Wellness Wheel Worksheet was created by Judy Lightfoot-Klein. Her beliefs are centered around promoting the Law of Attraction, but the process is all about inspiring a life with the things you hold in your heart and soul.
“The Law of Attraction is a big part of my philosophy, but I also believe in Justice/Light and compassion, even when those things don’t seem like the words they sound like.” She has written a series of books that relate her life philosophy to help others live out their lives in a way that brings joy into their hearts and through their soul. While many of her books are great at teaching people how to get the Law of Attraction to work, they are also beneficial to others who are wanting to understand more about the Law of Attraction and how to apply it in their lives.
In this book, she gives people the tools they need to know how to apply the Law of Attraction in their own lives. It starts by creating a worksheet so they can start living by the Law of Attraction and this is done on a daily basis. As you go about living the Law of Attraction, you will continue to work and you will continue to be inspired as well.
For example, we know from the Law of Attraction that if something in our lives is created by God and if we use that thing then it will attract what we attract. This means that the more of it that is put into your life, the more love, happiness, fulfillment, peace, prosperity, and abundance you will have. A well-known saying is, “Love yourself first, and then the world will follow.” If you love yourself enough, and you love the things you have created for yourself, then you will attract the things you attract.
The Wellness Wheel Worksheet gives people the tools to be able to know how to apply the Law of Attraction. The Worksheet for instance, teaches people how to see the things they have to offer, how to identify what they want, how to create, and how to let go.
It also teaches people to focus on the Good in each day, because the Law of Attraction and the Law of Love are complementary. Just as you can’t have the Law of Attraction without the Law of Love, you can’t have Love without the Law of Attraction. Both the Law of Love and the Law of Attraction work together to bring things to their desired outcomes.
The Wellness Wheel Worksheet will show you how to be inspired by the things you have created, and how to stop putting negative things into your life. The steps help you learn how to get rid of negative thoughts and to open your heart and soul to positive thoughts.
As always, the good news is that you won’t have to suffer from negativity if you just work towards that positive direction, and to learn from the experiences you have gone through. Even though it may be easier to listen to a motivational speaker tell you that there is always an easy way out, the fact is that if you truly want something in your life, then you have to do the work to get it.
