These are no longer just for new employees, but they also help you get to know your employees better. If you put in some of your own personality into these worksheets, then you’ll start to develop a relationship and trust with your employees. This is the time to relax, do something you enjoy and work hard.
Let’s get started by discussing some of the basics that you need to know about when using 3rd Grade Handwriting Worksheets. These worksheets are meant to be fun and easy to learn. They’re meant to be simplistic and to the point. Once you understand the basics, it will be easier to get involved and then work toward becoming fluent. When you learn how to use these worksheets, then you can begin to take it upon yourself to help your employee.
The first thing you need to know about these simple worksheets is that they’re going to have some learning games included. For example, in one game you could be filling out applications and then entering your information into the system. You can include fun and playful activities and then add a little extra fun into them.
You can also try adding some reading to the first four worksheets in this series. It’s important that you let your employees know how important it is to read and be informed. It will only take you a few minutes and it will go a long way.
For the first worksheet in the series of 3rd Grade Handwriting Worksheets, you need to have an office calendar or anything you want to use as a planner. You can simply have a month listed out and then give each employee the task of creating a new sheet of paper on that month. For example, if you want a two-page sheet, you could simply write down two or three items that happened during that month. You can write down work tasks, vacation days, family events, anything.
In this first worksheet of the series, the goal is to make sure your employee really knows what the month is about. You can easily write down the names of days, events, holidays, and other things. Just make sure you give your employee something to really notice so they will really want to work on the next worksheet.
Next you need to allow your employee to work independently. Let them go through their worksheet at their own pace and make sure you let them know when they’ve reached the end. Allow them to come up with their own ideas and then you can accept or reject their ideas. You can ask questions and take notes on their ideas.
The third worksheet is very similar to the first month but you have more information to cover. You need to continue to provide more information and options to your employees, each month should be different.
