For example, if you have a solution that is going to solve the “problem of the student’s safety,” but you are thinking about what might be the effect of the plan on the budget, then do not think about the “problem of the student’s safety” and do not get distracted by the other questions. Remember, you have already answered the question: what is the best solution that will solve the problem?
After you think about the main problems, ask yourself this question. Have you thought of any alternative solutions to this problem? Then you can eliminate other solutions as they may be better than others. Then there will be two alternatives left: one option will be the solution that is going to help the student.
Now that you know the answer to the question “what is the best solution,” it is time to draw out the plans. Once you have your plan, you will have to do a few simple things to implement it. First, write it down. This will be your plan.
Remember to read it several times. Keep it with you, right next to your computer. You will need it later. Next, you will need to check out the site. Visit the website and make sure that your plan has not changed since you first created it.
