# Speed Velocity and Acceleration Worksheet

If you are not familiar with the data input needed to calculate the speed and velocity of objects, here is a quick look at how to perform a velocity and acceleration worksheet. Firstly, the speed and velocity of objects are measured by entering the distance in feet and the speed in mph into the text box of the worksheet. You will need the length of the object in feet to find the object’s actual length.

Distance to the object, in feet. Speed to be measured in mph. Distance to the object, in inches. Speed to be measured in mph.

Acceleration is measured by multiplying the speed by the acceleration. The calculated value of the velocity and acceleration is then entered into the text box for each item in the worksheet. The final value will be displayed in the tabular format.

When you have completed this worksheet, you will need to print it out. Alternatively, you can use an online speed and velocity calculator to get the final calculated values. This allows you to input data from one piece of information and then convert the data to percentage as required.

However, there are other ways of converting the data to a final calculation. For example, if you had a car with a diameter of two inches and a length of four feet, you could use the following worksheet to calculate the length and diameter of the object:

Radius of the object – In inches. Diameter of the object – In inches. Length of the object – In feet. Distance to the object, in inches.
