Nine 4-Practice Worksheets has always had a special place in my heart. I get to do all the drills with them, and I use them at my morning workouts. The same thing applies for each of the characters you get to unlock. My personal favorite is Roman!
You are working out one day when you open up the workout and begin to study the character to unlock. You do it wrong and unlock something completely different, like the Nine-Four-P drill, or something completely opposite from what you wanted to unlock. You then get frustrated and try to cheat by figuring that you will unlock something new to it, which is completely wrong.
You know how this goes: You go back and try again, but your brain doesn’t get it. It just doesn’t process the information properly. You keep going back to the old exercise, while your body tells you that you should be using the new one.
You can now take some steps to avoid this. When you want to unlock a character, you should simply take note of the character that you want to unlock and put that in an area of your brain that you can easily access. That’s the best way to remember this information. That way, it will be easier for you to remember it in the future.
Now, that character is really easy to remember, so you can unlock it more than once. If you practice this, you will notice that you can unlock a number of characters in one day.
Now, your brain is still not going to be able to process everything you’re trying to cram into it, but if you need to find something, it should be easy for you to look up that information. You are looking for the most basic things that everyone needs to memorize, so this is the easiest thing to remember. However, you may need to research on the internet and search for it.
Once you have done that, you can easily find the same information in a nine-4-Practice Work Sheet. Your brain will immediately recognize that this is the same thing, and you can start looking up the information you need, without having to remember anything else. Once you find the information, you can quickly reference it, and you can immediately use it.
Unlock a character for real this time! You can now get everything you need for a great workout, and you can finally figure out how to unlock a character and go through all the other unlocks too. Just be sure to study the characters on the ten-character version of the nine four-practice worksheet.
